Declaration of result of Paper-I (of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination, 2023) for qualifying candidates to appear in Physical Endurance Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST)

(i) SSC has declared the result on 25/10/2023.

Declaration of Final Result of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination, 2022

(i) SSC has declared the final result on 14/07/2023. To check by name result, go on following link:

(ii) 389 candidates have been recommended for Stenographer Grade ‘C’.

(iv) 3571 candidates have been recommended for Stenographer Grade ‘D’.

(v) No Reserve List/ Waiting List is prepared by the Commission.

(vi) Marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates will be made available on the website of the Commission on 24.07.2023. This facility will be available from 24.07.2023 to 07.08.2023. Candidates may check their individual marks by logging in using their Username (Registration Number) and Password (SSC Registration Password) and click on Result/ Marks tab on the candidate dashboard.

10/07/2023:

SSC has discontinued the off line payment of fee through offline challan

(i) SSC has notified that to expedite, simplify and streamline the process of application, the Commission has decided to do away with the payment of application fee through offline challan for all its future examinations.

(ii) The payment of application fee can be made only through online payment modes such as Net-Banking, Credit/Debit cards and BHIM, UPI etc.

04/07/2023:

Uploading of Tentative Answer Keys along with Candidates’ Response Sheet(s) of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (Tier-II) – 2022

(i) SSC has uploaded the Tentative Answer Keys along with Candidates’ Response Sheet(s) of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (Tier-II) – 2022. Exam of it held on 26/06/2023.

(ii) Candidate can down load it on the following direct link by registered login Id & password.

(i)SSC has declared the Final Result of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2022.

(ii) After declaration of the result, further process of Document Verification and appointment formalities will be made by the Allocated Department. If, a candidate does not receive any correspondence from the concerned allocated User Department within a period of six months from the declaration of final result, one must communicate immediately thereafter with the concerned User Department.

(iii) Further, the Commission will not, in any circumstances, entertain any correspondence regarding Document Verification/appointment formalities from the shortlisted candidates.

SSC has notified that the Notice of Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2022 which was scheduled to be published on 05/11/2022 is now rescheduled to 06/12/2022.

(i) Error percentage of the candidates, who appeared in the Skill Test (DEST/Typing Test), has been uploaded by the commission on the website of the Commission on 26.10.2022.

(ii) Candidates may check their individual marks by logging-in through their registered ID and password.

(iii) This facility will be available only for a period from 26.10.2022 to 16.11.2022.

(i) SSC has declared result of Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination 2020 on 15/10/2022.

(i) SSC has extended the last date of submission of application & other relevant dates of CGLE-2022(Combined Graduate Level examination-2022) to 13 October, 2022 (2300 Hours).

(ii) It is informed that relevant part in the notice of Examination where closing date was treated as crucial dates for ascertaining eligibility, will now be as per new closing date i.e. 13.10.2022.

(iii) As per the instruction received from Department of Personnel & Training, the tentative vacancies for CGLE-2022 are likely to be increased substantially.

Declaration of Result of Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) to call candidates for the
next stage of examination of Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2021

14 September, 2022 :

Tier II ( Descriptive) Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2021 is scheduled to be held on 18/09/2022. Down loading of e admit cards have been started.

2 SSC has released the dates of Skill Test for Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2020

(i) Skill Test for the eligible candidates of CGLE 2020 will be conducted on 04/08/2022 and 05/08/2022
across the country.

(ii) This skill Test will comprise of three modules, namely,

(a) Data entry Speed Test (DEST),

(b) Power Point Presentation/Generation of Slides (MS Power Point), and

(c) Spread Sheet (MS Excel).

(iii) Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) comprises of additional two modules viz. (i) Power Point Presentation/Generation of slides (MS Power Point) (ii) Spread Sheet (MS Excel) will be administered on MS Office platform (Microsoft Office-2007 and higher versions) and duration of each module will be 15 minutes.

(iv) Candidates, who are exempted for this Examination should refer the detailed guidelines issued bv the respective Regional office website.

(i) SSC declared the result of Delhi Police Examination,2020 on 15/12/2021. At that stage , final result of 625 candidates was with held for for further scrutiny by the Commission owing to suspected use of unfair means.

Declaration of Final Result of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2019

(i) 1152 candidates have been recommended for appointment.

(a) Civil Engineering – 1008

(b) Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering -144

(ii) Any discrepancy with respect to the selection/ non-selection/ allocation of post/ User Department, etc. may be brought to the Notice of the Commission within a period of one month from the date of declaration of final result. Any such representation received after one month will not be entertained by the Commission.

(iii) If a candidate is finally selected and does not receive any communication from the Commission or the concerned User Department within a period of one year after declaration of the final result, he/she must bring this to the notice of the concerned User Department immediately thereafter.

(iv) Detailed marks of the selected and non-selected candidates will be uploaded on the website of the Commission on 01.02.2022.

(v) This facility will be available for a period of from 01.02.2022 to 21.02.2022. Candidates may check their individual’s marks by using their Registration No. and registered password and click on Result/Marks tab on the

Window for Application Form made active for Correction in Application form of CGLE-2021

(i) SSC has given a chance to made corrections on line in application form of CGLE-2021.

(ii) The window will be available from 28.01.2022 to 01.02.2022.

(iii) During active window, a candidate who desires to make any change in his/her application form, may correct/ modify online application parameters. Candidate will also be able to make changes in One Time registration data.

(iv) Only those candidates will only be allowed to make corrections in the application form, whose completed online applications along-with payment of requisite fee, if applicable, have been received by the Commission within the specified period.

(v) If a candidate makes mistake in his updated application also, he will be allowed to submit one more corrected application after making requisite corrections/ modifications.

(vi) Latest modified application will be treated as the valid one and the previous application(s) submitted by such candidates will be cancelled.

(vii) The Commission will levy a uniform correction charges of ₹ 200/- for making correction and submitting modified/ corrected application for the first time and ₹ 500/- for making correction and submitting modified/ corrected application for the second time.
(viii) The correction charges will be applicable to all candidates irrespective of their gender/ categories.

(ix) The correction charges can be paid only by online mode i.e. through

(a) BHIM UPI,

(b) Net Banking or

(c) by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards.

(x) No offline challan facility will be available.

(i) SSC vide notification dated 20 October, 2021 has notified certain instructions on Skill Test (Stenography Test) for the eligible candidates of Stenographers Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2019 is scheduled on 21.10.2021 & 22.10.2021. These are reproduced as under:-

(a) The print out of the typed text will not be taken after the Stenography Skill Test (Transcription).
(b) Candidates for English Transcription (Typing) are advised to choose English (US) as their Keyboard
Layout option.
(c) Candidates for Hindi Transcription (Typing) are advised to choose Hindi Inscript / Hindi Krutidev/
Hindi Remington CBI / Hindi Remington GAIL as their Keyboard Layout option.
(d) VH Candidates who will bring their BRAILLE Typewriter will be allotted an isolated Seat to avoid
any disturbance to other candidates.

2 SSC has released the dates of Skill Test for Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2019

(i) Skill Test for the eligible candidates of CGLE 201-9 will be conducted on L5.O9.202L and 1-6.09.2021
across the country.

(ii) This skill Test will comprise of three modules, namely,

(a) Data entry Speed Test (DEST),

(b) Power Point Presentation/Generation of Slides (MS Power Point), and

(c) Spread Sheet (MS Excel).

(iii) Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) comprises of additional two modules viz. (i) Power Point Presentation/Generation of slides (MS Power Point) (ii) Spread Sheet (MS Excel) will be administered on MS Office platform (Microsoft Office-2007 and higher versions) and duration of each module will be 15 minutes.

5 NOTICE by UPSC FOR THE CANDIDATES TO SUBMIT CHOICE OF CENTRE

(i) UPSC has declared 04 Nos new examination Centres for Civil Services (Preliminary)- 2021 and Indian forest Services ( Preliminary)-2021 as under:

(a) Almora, Uttarakhand,

(b) Srinagar, Uttarakhand,

(c) Nasik, Maharashtra and

(d) Surat, Gujarat

(ii) Commission has now decided to give an opportunity to the applicants of these two examinations to submit their revised choice of Centre. The requests of the candidates for change in their Centres will be considered against the capacity intimated by the Centres for accommodating the candidates.

(iii) The window of submitting the revised choice of Centres by the candidates will be operational in two phases i.e. 12th-19th July, 2021 (06.00 PM) and 26th-30th July, 2021 (06.00 PM) on the Commission’s website https://upsconline.nic.in.

(iv) The candidates may please note that their requests for change in the Centres will be considered based on the principle of “first apply-first allot” basis and once the capacity of a particular Centre is attained, the same will be frozen and will not be visible to the candidate. The candidate will then be required to choose a Centre
from the remaining ones.

SSC vide notification dated 31 March, 2021 has notified that aspirants of Multi Tasking (Non Technical) Staff Examination, 2020 are hereby informed that the last date of payment of fee through SBI Bank Challan was 29.03.2021. However, banks were closed on account of Holi (Holiday) on 29.03.2021. In view of this, candidates are being provided final opportunity to make the payment of fee through Bank Challan at designated Branches of the Bank from 05.04.2021 to 06.04.2021 provided the Challan has been generated by them before 25.03.2021 (23.30 Hours).

Release of Admission certificate of CHSL(10+2) Exam,2019 Tier-II

(i) SSC vide notification dated 15 January, 2021 has notified that exam of CHSL(10+2) Exam,2019 Tier-II will tentatively be held on 14 February,2021. Admission certificate of the exam will be uploaded 07 days prior to the scheduled date by the respective regional centres.

(ii) However, the candidates who are unable to download their Admission Certificate may contact the concerned Regional Offices immediately.

(iii) The responsibility of ensuring the download of the Admission Certificate is solely on the candidates.

15 January, 2021:

Declaration of result of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2019, Tier-I for appearing in Tier-II (Descriptive Paper)

(i) SSC declared the result of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2019, Tier-I on 15 January, 2021.

(ii) To Check the result, go on link : Result Of CHSL(10+2) Level Exam, 2019, Tier-1 ( The result is available with name and roll number)

(iii) 44850 candidates have been declared qualified for Tier-2 Exam.

(iv) Since the Tier-I Computer Based Examination was conducted in multiple shifts,therefore, marks scored by the candidates have been normalized as per the formula published by the Commission on its website on 07.02.2019. Such normalized marks have been used to qualify the candidates for the next stage of Examination (i.e. Tier-II).

(v) Representations received from the candidates with regard to the answer keys have been carefully examined and the answer keys have been modified wherever necessary. The final answer keys have been used for evaluation.

(vi) Final Answer Keys will be available to the candidates for a period of one month from 21.01.2021 to 20.02.2021.

(vii) Marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates will be uploaded on the website of the Commission on 19.01.2021. This facility will be available for a period of one month i.e. from 19.01.2021 to 18.02.2021. Candidates may check their individual’s marks by using their Registration No. and registered password and click on Result/Marks tab on the candidate dashboard.

Declaration of Final Result of Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2018

(i) SSC declared the final result of Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2018

(iii)Total 1840 Candidates have been recommended for appointment.

(iv) There are some candidates in the Select List whose candidatures have been kept as provisional by their concerned Regional Offices. Concerned User Departments will check the eligibility of such candidates thoroughly in all respects before issuing offer of appointment to the candidates.

(v) Any discrepancy with respect to the selection/ non-selection/ allocation of post/ User Department, etc. may be brought to the Notice of the Commission within a period of one month. Any such representation received after one month will not be entertained by the Commission.

Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination-2019 – Candidates shortlisted for appearing in the Document Verification

SSC vide notification dated 30 October,2020 has released the cut off details for Multi tasking (Non-Technical) staff Examination-2019. Paper -1 of the exam was conducted from 02 August to 22 August ,2019 ( CBT) and paper -2 was held on 26 November, 2019. Candidates have been shortlisted to appear in document verification.

Cut-off details for vacancies in the age-group of 18-25 years and 18-27 Years have been published by the commission, which can be checked on the link: https://ssc.nic.in/SSCFileServer/PortalManagement/UploadedFiles/MTS_2019_latestWriteup_30.10.2020.pdf

Documents Verification will be conducted by the Regional Offices of the Commission.

SSC vide notification dated 28 October, 2020 has notified that due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission has decided to allow the facility of change of examination centres to candidates of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2018 (Skill Test) scheduled on 26-11-2020. Candidates may give their option for change of examination centres from 29-10-2020 to 01-11-2020.

SSc has notified that Scheme of Tier III exam is reproduced as under ( Refer para 11.9 of scheme of Examination), which is strictly to be noted by the aspirant candidates:

(v) Candidates are strictly to be noted that they have not to write any personal identity e.g. Name, Roll Number, Mobile Number, Address, etc. inside the Answer Book . The candidates who fail to adhere to these instructions will be awarded zero marks even if, marks are awarded during the evaluation process.

16 October 2020: Very important Advisory for candidates appearing in SSC Examinations

 SSC vide notification dated 16 October, 2020 has notified that aspirant Candidates of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2019 and also of other examinations of the Commission are hereby advised for strict adhere to the instructions attached with the Admission Certificate/admit Card.  However,  Commission has emphasised  to special attention on the following instructions and  non-adherence to these instructions would lead to denial of entry into the Examination centre.

 Candidates have necessarily to bring the following at the time of reporting for the examination at the examination centre:

1   At least one valid photo bearing identity proof in ORIGINAL with clear photograph.        Acceptable photo identity proofs :

 (i). passport,

(ii). Aadhaar card/Print out of e-Aadhaar,

(iii). Driving License,

(iv) service ID card issued to employees by central Govt./state Govt./ PSUs,

(v). ID card issued by (University/college/school ),

(vi). voter’s ID card,

(vii)  PAN card,

(viii). Ex-servicemen Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence,

(ix)  Any other photo ldentity proof issued by Central Govt./ State Govt.

Notes:  (a) If the Photo identity Card is not containing the complete Date of Birth, then the candidate must carry an additional original document having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admission certificate/ Admit Card (e.g. Admit card/ Pass certificate/ Marks sheet of 10th class only issued by CBSE/ ICSE/ state Boards; Birth certificate, category Certificate etc. issued only by central Govt. / state Govt. / PSUs.

(b)  In case of a mismatch in the Date of Birth mentioned in the Admission certificate  and Photo ID Proof/ the certificate brought/ produced in support of Date of Birth, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

  • SSC has uploaded the mark sheets of the candidates who appeared in SSC CGL Tier      III exam . This is available from 07.10.2020 to 30.10.2020.   •  The result of Tier-III of CGIE-2018 has been declared on 30.09.2020, Further,   SSC has decided to conduct the Skill Test of said  examinatioin for the eligible   candidates on 18.12.2020 and 19.12.2020.
  • SSC has decided to conduct the Skill Test on Pan-India basis in view of grim  situation of Covid-19.

(iv) Candidates declared qualified in List-IV will be called for DEST.

Notes :- (i) Candidates will be considered for only those posts for which they are eligible.

(ii) In Border Road Organisation , only male candidates are eligible , therefore, While giving preference for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in Border Road Organization (BRO) – Only for Male candidates (A), I have gone through the medical standards for the above post available in the Notice of Examination. I fully understand that this post carry higher medical standards. I also understand that the SSC makes the final allocation of posts in accordance with Merit-cum-Preference of the candidate and once a post is allotted, no change is made by the Commission for any reason whatsoever. Accordingly, if I am selected and nominated for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in Border Road Organization (BRO) and subsequently fail in the medical examination, I am aware that I will not be considered for any other post/ Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations.

(iii) The options exercised above will be fina and there would be no change in the Order of Preference(s) in the options exercised by me above would be permitted.

14 September 2020 :

Revised list of selected candidates has been released by SSC( total Candidates 970) for the post of Sub Inspector (Fire).

SSC vide notification dated 14 Sept 2020 has released the revised list of Sub Inspector ( Fire) by replacing 46 female candidates therein with 46 male candidates. Revised list of selected candidates can be checked on the following link:

46 replaced male candidates are required to submit a copy of all the supporting Documents (Self Attested) in respect of Essential Qualification (EQ), Experience, Category, Age, Age-relaxation, etc. (as applicable) in hard copy along with the print out of their online application form to the Regional Office i.e. SSC (NR) to which the Post Category belongs, by 25.09.2020 by SPEED POST ONLY. The candidates should clearly mention the “Graduation & above Level’ and “Post Category No. NR15419” on the TOP of the Envelope while sending the documents to the Regional Officer (NR) by Speed Post

11 September 2020 :

1 SSC on 11 September 2020 has declared the result of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2018 ( Paper II). The short listed candidates are qualified for documents verification.

3 The above lists is provisional. The candidates whose Roll Numbers figure in the lists would be called for Document Verification. Further, candidature of these candidates will be subject to their fulfilling of all the eligibility conditions/requirements as prescribed for the respective posts in the Notice of Examination and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures, handwriting, preference, etc., on the Application Forms, Admission Certificates, etc.

Note:- If, on verification, it is found that any candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, he/she will not be considered for final result. All qualified candidates in the result need to appear for Document Verification. Candidates who do not attend Document Verification will not be considered for final selection.

4 Document Verification will be conducted w.e.f. 28.09.2020 (tentatively). The Admit Cards of the qualified candidates for appearing in Document Verification will be uploaded on the websites of the respective Regional Offices before the conduct of the document verification.

02 September 2020 : Release of dates of declaration of results

SSC vide notification dated 01 Sept 2020 has released the tentative dates of declaration of result of certain Examinations as under:-

1 Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts)

Examination, 2018 ( Paper II: 21-9-2020

2 Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, 2019 (Paper-II) : 31-10-2020

3 Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2018 (Tier-III) : 04-10-2020

28 August 2020 : Date of examination of CGL ( Tier-III) -2019 declared:

SSC vide notification dated 26 August 2020 has released date of CGL Examination ( Tier-III). Exam will now be held on 22 November 2020 ( Sunday).

All the candidates qualified in Tie -I examination are eligible to appear in Tier-II and Tier-III exam.

The above date is subject to change in light of pandemic covid-19.

05 August 2020: (Notification of JE -2020 Advertisement)

Notification for Exam of Junior Engineer -2020 and Stenographer Grade ”C” and ”D” , which was scheduled to be released on 04 August 2020 has been delayed and likely to be released shortly.

05 May 2020: (Notification on exam dates of various exams)

1. SSC vide notification dated 04 May 2020, it has been notified that due extension of lock down up to 17 May 2020 and restrictions on travel by road/ train/air up to cities ( i.e. examination centres), exam dates of the following exams will be rescheduled :-

(i) CHSL (10+2) Exam ( Tier –I) 2019 ( For remaining candidates)

(ii) Junior Engineer (Paper-I) Examination ( Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Quantity Survey and Contracts)- 2019

(iii) Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2019

(iv) Skill test for CHSL (10+2) Exam ( Tier –I) 2018

(v) Selection post for Phase VIII/2020

2. New dates of these examination will be decided after completion of lock down and lifting the restrictions on travel by road/ train/ air.

3. Pending result will be declared only after evaluation of the situation arisen out of Corona as work of evaluation has been with held due to pandemic.

4. SSC will review the situation on 18 May 2020 after completion of lock down phase 3.

5 SSC has also made this important notification that dates of the examinations will be announced at least one month in advance for convenience of the candidates.

25 April 2020 : (Updates on declaration of result of certain examinations)

SSC vide notification dated 24 April 2020 has notified that commission had earlier published the schedule of declaration of result of following exams vide notification dt 08 Feb 2020:

Now, in changed scenario arising out of Corona -19, result of JE (Junior Engineer) Exam -2018 ( paper II), result due on 09 April 2020 could not be declared,as, work related to the evaluation and preparation of results has been held up. Similarly, result of other two exams i.e. MTS Exam 2019 ( paper II), CGL 2018 ( Tier III) and CGL 2019 ( Tier-I) will also not be declared on above scheduled dates. The revised dates will be notified in due course of time after evaluation of the situation.

In view of lock down restrictions and social distancing norms arisen out due to Corana Virus, SSC vide notification dated 16 April 2020, it has been notified that as, candidates are required to travel from all parts of the country to appear in the examination, the decision on new dates of xamination will be taken after 03 May 2020, following the completion of 2nd phase of lock down. Accordingly, rescheduled dates of these examinations will be notified in due course of time.
