TISSNET 2020 Registration

TISSNET 2020 Registration for MBA shall begin in the month of October/November 2019. TISS National Entrance Test, popularly recognized by students as TISSNET, is a national level entrance examination for admission to M.A/M.Sc./MHA/MPH courses at TISS. The application form for the exam is available only through digital medium. The article describes the important aspects of TISSNET application form 2020 for MBA courses.

TISSNET Registration Date

Based on previous year schedule, TISSNET 2020 registration is expected to start from the month of October or November 2019. 

The last date to register for TISSNET 2020 shall fall in 2nd week of December 2019.

The portal through which students fill up the registration form becomes active some days prior to the registration day.

How to Register for TISSNET 2020?

Currently, the TISSNET application portal is closed.

The application forms for TISSNET will be available from the last week of October 2020.

TISS NET application forms will only be available as e-application forms.

TISSNET 2020 Registration Fees

The Category wise application Fee for TISSNET 2020 is as follows:

Students can pay the TISSNET fee through either of the following methods:

• Credit/Debit card or
• Net banking or
• through challan payable at any branch of SBI .

Documents to be Uploaded

For the General category students, the following documents are required:

• Photograph
• Signature of the candidate
• TISS copy of challan (if paid by offline mode)
• Caste/Tribe Certificate (if applicable) ( For SC/ST / OBC- NC)
• Income Certificate for the financial year of 2018-2019 (for annual income < 2.5 lakhs for SC / ST and income < Rs1.00 Lakh for OBC- NC).
• OBC certificate issued after 01-04-2019 by the District Magistrate/ Deputy Commissioner/ Tahsildar (if OBC category).
• Physical Disability certificate (if applicable).
• Armed force certificate (belonging to armed forces)
• Other relaxation certificates for other categories KM PWD etc. as per official broucher.

Application Process

Step I: Registration

To register for TISSNET 2020, visit the official website of TISSNET (link will be provided). Enter details such as their Email ID, contact number, Name etc. to register.

Click the register button to submit this information and proceed further.

Step II: Completing Remaining Application form

Students will receive either a mail or text message comprising of TISS verification link. Click on the verification link to verify email ID.

Visit TISSNET 2020 login page and enter the email ID and password, click on the submit button. After the login has been done successfully, students will have to fill in all their personal details, basic details and academic details to complete registration.

Step III: Uploading Documents

At step III, upload the photograph & signature in specified formats. Also upload other relevant documents as stated above.

Step IV: Payment of Application form

Post successful submission of all details, proceed for payment by choosing the preferred option for the same. Both digital and offline modes are available.

Step V: Printing the completed application

Take a print out of the completed TISSNET application form and keep it for future references.
