Latest NEET 2019 Updates
NTA has released the answer key of NEET 2019. Objection if any can be registered as per following instructions. Challenge for answer key is can be registered up to 31 May 2019 11:50 pm
Procedure for Challenge of Answer Key
1. Please go to website “Challenge of Answer key”
2. Login with your Application Number and Password and Submit.
3. Click ‘Apply for KEY Challenge’.
4. You will see 180 Questions (Physics/Chemistry/Biology (Botany & Zoology). They are in
sequential order.
5. Select Question(s) to be challenged.
6. The number next to the question under the column ‘Answer as per NTA stands for the correct
Answer Key to be used by NTA.
7. Once you select any question for Challenge, you will see four options under the column ‘Suggested
Answer(s) by the Candidate’.
8. If you wish to challenge, you may use anyone or more of the Option IDs given in the next four
columns by clicking the check box.
9. After clicking your desired option for all Questions you want to challenge, scroll down, ‘Submit’
and move to next screen.
10. You will find a screen displaying your challenges.
11. Click on ‘Final Submit’.
12. Kindly pay the processing fee.
13. In the next screen, click on ‘Go for Payment”.
14. Select Mode of Payment and Pay your processing fee @ Rs.1,000/- for each question challenged.
Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
15. After successful payment download/print the key challenge receipt.
16. In case your challenge is found correct, your processing fee will be refunded in the same account.
NEET 2019 results are expected to be published on June 5, 2019. NEET or (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is a national level medical entrance test for medical and dental courses in private/government medical colleges. As of now, results are expected to be released on June 5, 2019. Students can check their results on the official website.

NEET 2019 Result Date
NEET UG 2019 shall be conducted on 5th May 2019 by National testing Agency or NTA. The time slot for the exam shall be 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
NEET 2019 Results, however, shall be available for checking from 5th June 2019.

How to Check NEET Results?
NEET 2019 Results are slated to available on the official NEET website by 5th June 2019.
Students can check the official NEET Rank list 2019 by following the given steps:
- Visit the NEET 2019 official website.
- Click on “Check your Results” link/button. You will be redirected to the result page.
- Enter your roll number and date of birth. Click on the “Submit” button.
- The NEET 2019 score card will be available on the screen. Check it carefully and download the same.
- Take a print out for future use. Retain the NEET 2019 result till the admission procedure is complete.

The NEET score card 2019 will include the following details:
- Applicant’s Name,
- Gender,
- Date of Birth,
- Category,
- Application Number,
- Roll Number,
- Father’s Name
- Total Marks Obtained
- Subject-wise marks obtained (in Physics, Chemistry & Biology)
- Total Secured Percentile
- NEET Category Rank

- Cut-off Score for Counselling
- NEET All India Quota Rank
Candidates can challenge their OMR grading via the official website by paying processing fee of INR 1000 per response challenged. This amount is non-refundable.
NEET Answer Key 2019
NTA will release the official answer key of NEET 2019 a week before result declaration i.e. last week of May 2019. It will be available online on the official website.
The NEET answer key shall comprise of the right answers pertaining to every question so that students can compare their answers with right ones.
The marking scheme for NEET 2019 result will be as follows:

NEET Cut Off 2019
The cut-off scores for NEET 2019 will be calculated based on the following factors:
- Total number of candidates,
- Availability of Seats,
- Difficult level of the examination,
- Previous years’ NEET cut off.
The NEET cut off in percentile mode for 2017 is tabulated below:

Tie-break
When two candidates obtain same marks, the tie- breaking rule is applied. In order to decide merit in such cases, following rule are followed in the given order:
- Candidate obtaining higher marks in Biology is given higher merit,
- Candidate obtaining higher marks in Chemistry in given higher merit.
- Candidate with fewer number of wrong answers attempted in given higher merit.
- Candidate older in age in given higher merit.

Ques. Can I challenge the response(s) against the OMR grading?
Answer: Yes. Candidates can challenge the OMR grading. This can be achieved by paying INR 1,000 per question.
Ques. For how long is the NEET Result valid?
Answer: NEET results are valid only for an academic year.
