NEET 2019 Application form was available till 7th December 2018. NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) organized by NTA or the National Testing Agency, is a national level medical entrance examination for admissions to M.B.B.S/B.D.S courses in government and private medical colleges across India. NEET 2019 registration began on November 1, 2018 and closed on 7th December 2018. Initially the application forms were available till 30th Nov 2019, however, an extension resulted in 7th Dec being the last date.

How to Fill NEET 2019 Application Form?
NEET online forms were released on 1st November 2018 on the official website of NEET 2019 by the conducting body NTA.
Registrations for NEET 2019 closed on 7th December 2018 after a 7-day extension from the original last date.

Step-by-Step NEET Application Procedure
NEET registration comprises of following 4 steps leading to a successful NEET 2019 application form submission.
Step I : Apply Online
Visit the NEET 2019 official website i.e. https://ntaneet.nic.in. Click on the “ New Registration” button.
Read all the instructions carefully and click on ‘Apply online’. Fill in all the required details (like name, address, email ID, mobile no., dob, gender, nationality, Home State, category etc) to successfully register yourself.
Post successful submission, NEET login credentials will be generated.
Using the newly generated NEET 2019 login credentials, complete the remaining application form by providing the other relevant details.
Step II: Upload Photograph & Signature
After filling the form successfully, upload the photograph and signature in the format specified above.

Step III: Make Payment
The uploading process is followed by payment of the NEET application form fee.

Step IV: Print Confirmation Page
Once payment is done, the candidate is required to take the print out of the confirmation page and keep it safe for future references.
NEET Correction Window
Correction window portal for NEET 2019 is closed now.
NTA provides NEET correction window for registered candidates to rectify any wrongly-filled detail during the registration process.
The correction window was active between 14th Jan 2019 to 31st Jan 2019. Candidates had to login using their NEET login credentials in order to make corrections.
