How to Download NEET (UG) Admit Card ?
The steps for downloading the NEET admit card 2022 are as follows:
Step 1: Go on either link: NEET (UG)-2021 Admit Card link-1 (Link activated on 12/07/2022)

Step 2 : Insert Application Number and date of Birth & Security Pin and submit
Step 3: The NEET Admit Card will appear on the screen. Take print of it.
Step 4: Check the Details like exam date, venue, timings etc. Candidates must also remember that the instructions given on the NEET UG admit card & information Bulletin .
In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading of admit Card or if, any discrepancy are observed in the the Admit Card, he/she can immediately contact 011-40759000 (between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm) or e-mail at neet@nta.ac.in.
Details in Admit Card
Following are the details mentioned in the admit card:
- Candidate’s Name,
- Date of Birth,
- Category,
- Sub-Category,
- Gender,
- Roll Number
- Address of Candidate.
- Candidate’s Father’s name.
- Photograph and Signature of the Candidate.
- Question paper medium
- Exam Center’s name, Address and Center number.
- Exam Schedule.
- Instructions to be followed while taking up the exam.
Forgot NEET Password
In case any candidate has forgotten his/her NEET id/ password, then, following steps must be followed:
- Step I: Visit NEET Official Website and click on Candidate Login.
- Step II: Click on ‘Forgot Password’ link.
- Step III: Enter Registration No., Candidate’s Name, DOB and security pin.
- Step IV: Choose the option via which you want to reset your password for NEET.
The options are – Through OTP/ Through Security Question/ Mobile No. and Email ID.
Documents to be Carried along with the Admit Card
Documents to be carried for the biggest national level UG medical entrance exam are:
- Printed Copy of Admit card (Downloaded from official website).
- 01 Passport size photograph (same as uploaded).
- A valid photo ID proof.
- PWD certificate (If applicable).
Barred Items in Examination Centre
The candidates will be subjected to extensive and compulsory frisking before entering the Examination Centre with the help of highly sensitive metal detectors.
The candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the Examination Centre under any circumstances:
(a) Any item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic
Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table,
Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc.
(b) Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager,
Health Band, etc.
(c) Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap, etc.
(d) Any Watch/Wristwatch, Bracelet, Camera, etc.
(e) Any ornaments/metallic items.
(f) Any food items opened or packed, water bottle, etc.
(g) Any other item which could be used for unfair means, by hiding communication devices like a
microchip, camera, Bluetooth device, etc.
[Note: Any applicable order of Hon’ble Supreme Court/High Courts will be followed in this regard].
No arrangement will be made at the Centres for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates.
Dress Code for NEET 2022
Ideally, candidate should wear Light clothes with half sleeves. Long sleeves are not permitted.
However, candidates who intent to come in cultural/ customary dress at the Examination Centre, should report at least an hour before the last reporting time i.e. 12.30 noon.
Slippers, sandals with low heels are permitted. Shoes are not permitted.
In case of any deviation required due to unavoidable (medical, etc.) circumstances, specific approval of NTA must be taken before the Admit Cards are issued.
The candidates wearing articles or objects of faith (customary/ cultural/ religious ) should report at the examination centre at least two hours before the last reporting time so that there is enough time for proper frisking without any inconvenience to the candidate while
maintaining the sanctity of the examination. If upon screening, it is discovered that any candidate is actually carrying a suspected device within such item of faith, he/ she may be asked not to take it into the examination hall.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on NEET Admit Card
Q1.: When will the NEET 2022 Admit Card be released?
Answer: NEET Admit Cards for 2022 are tentatively available for download 15 days prior to scheduled date of test.
Ques.: Is a coloured print required for a NEET admit card?
Answer: It is not necessary to have a colored print out for the NEET Admit card. However, it is better because of the clarity.
Ques.: Which photo should I paste on NEET admit card?
Answer: Please paste the same photograph that your uploaded while registering for NEET.
Ques.: Can I carry a different photograph to the NEET exam center than the one I uploaded in the registration form?
Answer: No. As per the official notice from NTA, you must carry the same photograph as the which was uploaded in NEET application form.
Ques.: What will be the purpose of the photograph that I carry to NEET exam center?
Answer: The photograph that you carry to NEET exam center shall be pasted in the attendance sheet at the exam center.
