Introduction
AMUEEE 2019 or Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam is an annually held engineering entrance exam by AMU. AMUEEE scores are the only accepted entrance exam for admission to B.Tech and B.Arch courses at Aligarh Muslim University. The official notification for AMUEEE 2019 is expected to be released in February 2019.

AMUEEE 2019 Exam Date
The AMUEEE 2019 is likely to be conducted in the 2nd week of May 2019.
Mode of Examination
The AMU engineering entrance exam 2019 will be an objective-type exam. The candidate will be required to mark the correct answer on the OMR sheet provided at the time of the exam.
Medium of Examination
English has been prescribed as the only language for AMUEEE 2019.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Indian Nationals, NRIs and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply (NRIs and Foreign Nationals have to follow certain different guidelines for admission).
Qualifying Exam
Aspirants must have completed the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of AMU or an equivalent examination i.e. the 10+2 exam with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Also, aspirant must have scored 50% aggregate marks in PCM and English taken together.
OR
The candidate must have a diploma in Engineering from AMU with minimum 50% marks.
Age Limit
The maximum allowed age for B. Tech. is 24. Maximum Age Limit shall be calculated as on 1st July 2019. The candidates who have passed out from a Madarsa will be granted up to 03 years relaxation.
AMUEEE 2019 Application Form
AMUEEE 2019 application form will be made available on the official website from the 1st week of February 2019.
Candidates can only apply online for AMUEEE 2019 via the official website.

AMUEEE Admit Card
The AMUEEE 2019 admit card is expected to be available by the 2nd week of April 2019. The candidates are required to download the admit card from the official website by filling in their login credentials.
A passport sized photograph (same as the one used for the application form) must be pasted on the admit card. A copy of the same photograph must be taken to the examination centre with the admit card.

Following are the exam centres for AMUEEE 2019:

- Patna (Bihar)
- Srinagar (J. & K.)
- Kozhikode (Kerala)
- Kolkata (W.B.)
Note: Candidates who apply for both B. Tech. and B. Arch. will only be allotted Aligarh as the centre.
Exam Pattern
Exam Duration: The duration of the examination is 3 hours.
Type of Questions: There will be objective type questions (from Physics Chemistry, and Mathematics) only.
Total Marks: The total mark is 150.
Total Number of Questions: There will be 150 questions in total.
Subject or Sections: Much like other engineering entrance exams such as JEE Main or SRMJEEE, following subjects/section will be present in AMUEEE exam:
- Physics
- Chemistry.
- Mathematics.
Marking Scheme: 1 mark is allotted for each correct answer. Negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applied for wrong answers.
AMUEEE 2019 Answer Key
Before the declaration of the result, AMU has released the answer key for AMUEEE 2019 on 4th June 2019. The candidates can arrive at an estimate of their scores, based on the answers in the answer key.
