SRMJEEE 2020 Eligibility
Nationality
The applying candidate can be an Indian citizen (including OCI/PIO) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI)
Qualifying Exam
Candidates must have cleared the 10+2 exam from a recognized board such as
(i) State board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation (in a full-time regular stream) or NIOS
Note: Students who have completed +2 under NIOS must have completed the 10th standard from regular schooling or vice-versa. (source) Whereas, Candidates who have studied 10th & 12th through NIOS are not eligible for the SRMJEEE.
(ii) GCE A-level or International Baccalaureate(IB) diploma or IB certificate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects (equivalent to Advanced Placement level in each subject) in any International schools within India
Candidates must have passed the higher secondary exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology/Botany & Zoology/Biotechnology as their major subjects.
(iii):-Candidates who have not had mathematics in 11th or 12th will be considered only for Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering programs.
No. of attempts
Candidates who have appeared for a maximum of two times in the above qualifying exams, with an improvement in performance will be able to apply for SRMJEEE.
Age Limit
Candidates Should have attained the age of 16 + on the 31st July of the calendar year in which the 12th Board examination is to be held. Maximum age limit is 21 years.
How to Apply for SRMJEEE 2020 Examination?
Currently the SRMJEEE 2020 application portal was scheduled to be till 30 March 2020 , but date postponed due to epidemic of Corona Virus.
Candidates can fill the SRMJEEE 2020 application form via online and off line mode :
Online mode : Apply on line with e payment.
Offline mode : Fill the OMR form and send it to examination conducting body by safe means. .
Steps of Applying online :
The complete online application procedure for SRMJEEE is divided into 5 stages.

Notes:- (i) A Candidate’s mobile number and e-mail address are mandatory as they will be used for all communication till final admission ( enrollment) .
(ii) it is to be noted that e-mail ID submitted in OMR must be the candidate’s personal e-mail ID and will not be permitted to be changed under any circumstances .
(iii) For test city centre, refer Item 11a, 11b of Broucher

SRMJEEE candidates are required to pay the application fee through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking or DD in favour of SRMIST, payable at Chennai.
Documents to be attached
Candidates will have to fill their exam city preference, personal and educational details along with the following details.
- Scanned passport size photograph. The size of scanned copies of the documents must be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM
- Scanned signature.
Test session/ Date slot for Test
Candidates have to book their convenient test slots, subject to the availability of slots for a particular centre / date.

Regarding the SRMJEEE 2020 Admit Card, note the following Points:
The SRMJEEE 2020 Admit Card will be available from 2nd week of April 2020
The admit card will be made available on the official website through online mode only.
Candidates are required to download and take a print of their admit card as it will not be send via post.

The SRMJEEE 2020 exam pattern is as follows:

For SRMJEEE 2020 the candidates will get 2 hours and 30 minutes to answer the questions. .

SRMJEEE 2020 Results
Regarding the result Declaration, the following points may be noted:
SRMJEEE 2020 results will be announced probably in the 1st week of May 2020
Candidates must check the results online on the official website and must keep a hard copy of the SRMJEEE 2020 score card, along with SRMJEEE Counselling call letter that would be available at the time of result declaration.
SRMJEEE 2020 Counselling
The SRMJEEE 2020 counselling process will be conducted from 2nd week of May 2020.
After receiving the SRMJEEE results, along with the all India rank based merit list, the candidates must attend the offline counselling session that would be conducted at almost all of the SRM Campuses.
The candidates must register online for & will also have to pay the required fee for counselling.
The following documents must be submitted at the time of SRMJEEE counselling.
- Counselling call letter
- SRMJEE 2020 Rank card
- Admit Card/Hall ticket of the +2-board examination
- Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
- Mark sheet of Class 12th or its equivalent (if results are announced)
- Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) – Original for verification
- Cancelled cheque leaf with name of the Candidate/Parent/Grand Parent printed.
- Receipt(s) for payment made through E-Pay facility or Demand Draft
As, the official website states, ”The candidates are strongly advised to plan for two-day stay, just in case, the candidate is not able to complete the counselling process on the same day, for whatsoever reasons”.
