Mandatory: Certification by NISM/CWM Preferred: CA/CFP (As on 01/08/2021)Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor/ counsellor/ part of the product team in a Wealth Management organisation. (ii) Application Fee once paid will NOT be refunded on any account NOR can it be adjusted for any other examination or selection in future.  

6. How to Apply:

Step 1:  Go on link : https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers.

Step 2: At right top , “click for New Registration’’.

Step 3: Fill in all the information/ data in each segment 1 to 6. For exam city, refer Advertisement.

Step 4 : Upload scanned copy of photo and signature. ( For details of scanned copy of photo and signature, refer advertisement).

Step 5 : Make payment of the application fees using internet banking/ debit/ credit card etc

Step 6: When the information/ application is saved, a provisional registration number and password is generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidates should note down the registration number and password. It will be used to open the application in future.

Step 7 : They can re-open the saved application using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility of editing the saved information will be available for three times only.

Step 8: Once the application is filled completely, candidates should submit the same and proceed for online payment of fee.

Step 9: After registering online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the system generated online application forms.

8. SBI Recruitments: Specialist Officers On Contract Basis:Selection Process:

As per advertisement, following method will be followed for selection:

Selection is based on the short listing and interview.

  • Shortlisting
  • Interview

Note : Mere fulfing any qualification and experience will not grant any right in candidate for being called for interview.

(ii) The shortlisting committee constituted by the bank will decide & frame  the shortlisting parameters, and  based on that an adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for the interview.

(iii) The decision of the bank for the call of the candidate would be final  & binding and no correspondence  on this account will be entertained

(iv) The final merit list will be prepared in descending order on the basis of score obtained in the interview.  In case of tie i.e. more than one candidate scored the  same cutoff marks. Such candidates would be ranked on the basis of their age in descending order in the selection panel.

(v)  Hard copy of call letter/ Invitation of interview will  not be sent by post. It will be sent through email / will be uploaded on the bank’s site.
