NIPER JCC 2020 announces  that  to conduct online counseling for admission to different Master’s and PhD programs.

NIPER JEE 2020 – PhD Admission Online Interview Schedule

On line Interview Schedule Through Video Conference has been announced. Candidates are advised to be present in the defined schedule. For Various courses , link for Interview schedule is as under:

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED BY THE CANDIDATES FOR MBA PROGRAM

1. NIPER JCC 2020 released the All India Merit list based on the scores obtained by the candidates in NIPER JEE 2020 conducted online on 28/09/2020.

2. The qualifying rank has been prepared and based on self declared category by the candidates.
3. In the event of incorrect information provided by the candidate and if detected at any stage would lead to disqualification.

4. All the results/permission to appear in online counselling of NIPER JEE 2020 are provisional and are subject to final production of original documents at the time of reporting at the allotted NIPER (if any).

5. Schedule for Online Admission Counselling will be announced shortly.

6. Candidates with pending documents are requested to upload the the same, from registered email Id only. Communication regarding the same would be sent shortly by the test conducting body. Deadline to upload is 5PM on 04th of October, 2020.

7. Due to present pandemic situation, Admission to NIPER MBA Programme will be given solely based on NIPER JEE 2020 Rank. The GD and PI will not be conducted.

8. In case of any discrepancy, the decision taken by NIPER JCC 2020 will be binding to the candidates.

Introduction

NIPER JEE is a standardized national- level examination, which is required to gain admission into PG programs related to Pharmacy at 7 NIPER campuses across India. The official notification for NIPER JEE 2020 has been released . In 2017, 2.5k students appeared for the entrance exam. NIPER JEE is known for its high selection ratio, reaching to 91% in 2016.

What is NIPER?

NIPER or National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research are a group of 7 seven public research institutes in the field of Pharmacy in India. Set up by the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, the institutes are analogous to “IITs & IIMs” in their respective field of Pharmacy in India. All of the NIPERs have been declared the “Institutes of National Importance” by Govt. of India.

NIPER JEE 2020 Important Dates ( Masters)

NIPER JEE 2020 Exam Date

NIPER JEE 2020 will be conducted on  28 September 2020 for both PG & Ph.D programs.

Mode of Answering

NIPER JEE 2020will be a computer-based test (CBT) i.e. computers will be used to report answers.

Medium of Examination

The entrance test will be conducted in ENGLISH language only.

Eligibility Criteria

Master’s Courses [M.Pharm/M.Tech (Pharm.)/MBA (Pharm.)/M.S (Pharm.)]

• Aspirants must have a Bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline in which they wish to apply. Following degrees are acceptable:

NIPERs being autonomous have the right to choose eligibility criteria for programs. The above table lists all acceptable degrees at different NIPER as of 2017.

• The candidate should have at least 60% or 6.75 CGPA aggregate marks in the qualifying exam (for general category) and 55% or 6.25 CGPA for SC/ST category and 50% for PH category candidates.

• The applicant must have a valid GATE/NET/GPAT score.

• Candidates applying under Foreign National category or who have completed M.B.B.S/B.V.Sc/B.A.M.S degrees aren’t required to appear for GATE/NET/GPAT.

Ph.D. (Pharmacy) 

• The prerequisite qualification is M.Tech (Pharm)/ M.S. (Pharm)/M.Pharm in the relevant discipline and the required qualifying marks in the exam are at least 60% marks (50% marks for PH candidates and 55% for SC/ST)

Currently, the application portal for NIPER JEE 2020 is open.

Aspirants are advised to apply before the last date i.e. 15th May 2020.

Application Fee

Each and every individual is required to pay the fee according to the category they belong to and the course they opt for.

The payment for the application is done via multiple options such as net banking, debit/credit card, E-challan etc.

Documents to be uploaded

• Scanned Color photograph against white/light background – JPEG/JPG format/- taken after 1st Jan 2020 – Size below 50Kb.

• Scanned Signature black/blue pen on white paper – JPEG/JPG Format – 2X7 cm size – size below 50Kb.

Steps of Applying

The NIPER JEE 2020 application form involves following steps:

1. Registration.

3. Uploading Photograph & Signature.
4. Application fee Payment.
5. Printout of application & sending to NIPER Office.

After successfully registering for NIPER JEE 2020, candidates are required to take a printout of the application form, attach your GATE/NET/GPAT scorecard and send it to the following address:

NIPER JEE Exam Pattern 2020

Masters Admission

There will be a common paper for all Masters programs in NIPER JEE 2020. The examination will be conducted online through computer-based mode.

There will be 200 questions to be solved within the time span of 2 hours.

Candidates will be awarded positive marks for correct answer and for wrong answers, 25% marks will be deducted.

Questions will be drawn mostly from following subjects:

1. B.Pharm. Subjects.
2. M.Sc.
3. General Aptitude.

For M.B.A (Pharma.) admissions, candidates need to appear for written exam followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Ph.D Admissions

The Ph.D entrance test will have 170 questions carrying a total of 85 marks.

The duration of the test will be 2 hours.

Candidates will be awarded positive marks for correct answer and for wrong answers, 25% marks will be deducted.

Questions will be drawn mostly from following subjects:

1. Chemical Sciences
2. Biological Sciences.
3. Pharmaceutical Sciences.
4. General Aptitude.

Upon qualifying the written exam, candidates have to appear for an Interview in case of Ph.D. admissions.

NIPER JEE 2020 Admit Card

The NIPER JEE 2020 admit cards will be issued on 14 September 2020. The admit card will be sent on the registered email or can be down loaded from the official website.

NIPER JEE 2020 Results

NIPER JEE 2020 results will be published on the official website on or before 18th June 2020 30 September 2020 5:00 pm. The candidates obtaining the minimum percentage of marks will be declared qualified. After qualifying the exam, the applicants can get admission into the various campuses of NIPER.

NIPER JEE 2020 Counseling

Once the written test has been qualified, the selected candidates are called for an interview and group discussion round. The NIPER JEE 2020 counseling is going to be held at NIPER Ahmedabad, Auditorium. The admission will be provided on the basis of merit. The merit list will be made by clubbing together the marks of the candidate in written exam, Group discussion, and personal interview. The candidates are required to submit their original documents and photocopies at the time of counseling.

• Semesters/years of qualifying exam marks sheet
• Valid GATE/GPAT/ NAT scorecard
