How to Apply for Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales):
Aspirant candidates to apply on line only mode only and there is no alternative mode is available.
1 Following documents and pre requisites are to be kept in readiness by the candidates before starting to apply on line:-
(i) Valid email Id
(ii) Mobile Number (To be kept active till declaration of the result)
(iii) Scanned copy of their latest passport style coloured photograph (Size 4.50 cmx3.50 cm 20 kb – 50 kb)
Note : (i) It is advised to retain about 8 copies of the same photograph which has been uploaded at the time of online application as these photographs would be required for further selection process.
(ii) Preferred dimensions 200 x 230 pixels.
(iv) Scanned copy of their Signature
Notes: (i) The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
(ii) Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
(iii) Size of file should be between 10 kb – 20 kb
(iv) Signature uploaded should be of appropriate size and clearly visible.
(v) Scanned copy of their left hand thumb Impression
Notes: (i) The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on a white paper with black or blue ink.
(ii) File type: jpg / jpeg
(iii) Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 3 cm x 3 cm (Width x Height).
(iv) File Size: 20 kb – 50 kb
(v) If, candidate is not having left thumb, right thumb impression can be used.
(vi) Hand written declaration on following format: ( Not to be written in Capital letters)
“I,__________________________________ (Name of the candidate),
Date of Birth _________________ hereby declare that all the
information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and
Valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.
The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine”.
Notes: (i) Declaration has to be given by the candidate in English clearly on a white paper with black ink.
(ii) File type: jpg / jpeg o Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10cm x 5 cm (Width x Height)
(iii) File size: 50 kb- 100 kb
General Notes about documents:
(i) If the Applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the examination, does not match the signature uploaded, the applicant will be disqualified.
(ii) Signature/ Hand written declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted
To Apply:
First Registration: Registration is to be done in following steps:
Step 1: Go on link :
https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/sbijajul22/
Step 2: Enter all the information/ data, upload photo and signature sought in application.
Step 3: Check the preview to confirm the correctness of data before submission.
Step 4 : After submission of all the information, a registration number and password would be generated.
Note : This registration number would be required at all the stages till end of selection process So , same to be kept in safe custody.
Payment of Examination fee/ Intimation charges (Non-Refundable):
Step 1: Pay examination fee/ intimation charges through on line mode by using:
(i) Debit card
(ii) Credit card
(iii) Internet Banking.

Note: (i) Fee/ intimation charges once paid is neither refundable nor will be adjusted against any other exam or selection.
(ii) Online registration will be complete only after the candidates register online and remit the requisite application fees/ intimation charges either through online mode.
Filling up of Application:
Follow the following steps to fill the application form :
Step 1: Go on link : https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/sbijajul22/
Step 2: On right hand side box, enter registration number and password.
Step 3 : Enter security code.
Step 4 : Click the ‘’submit’’ button.
Step 5: Enter all the correct information/ data and complete the application form.
Step 6 : On successful completion of transaction, e-receipt and application form with fee details will be generated, which may be printed and kept for record. Printout of Application Formwill not be sent by SBI.
