Introduction

Bank of Baroda (BOB) is one of the nationalised Bank of India having a large network of branches in country and abroad. No detailed introduction of the Bank is required as, it has presence in all the length and breadth of the country.

The Bank of Baroda invites Applications for the post of Branch Receivables Manager on fixed tenure on contract basis.  This contractual Engagement shall be for a period of 5 years, with periodic performance review. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.

The selection procedure consists of shortlisting based on the profile fit, and suitability and a personal interview will be conducted after the first shortlisting.

The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank, and the applications for the position are invited state-wise. Hence the positions will be filled based on demand and vacancy in each state after the final interview.

4. Particulars of Fees to be paid along with Application

Note:

(i) Fees can be paid only through online mode either by Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking or Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

(ii) Taxes and Bank transaction charges as applicable will have to be paid by the candidate separately.

5. How to Apply

Step 1: Log on to: www.bankofbaroda.in             

Step 2: Click on the “Careers” section and navigate to the “Current opportunities” tab. Then click on the “Click here to apply” option to open the application form.

Step 3: If you are visiting for the first time then you will need to register by providing your name, mobile number, and email ID.

Step 4: For the subsequent visits, you can use the same login details and complete the application form. Fill in all the required details related to your biodata carefully in the application form.

Step 5: The following documents need to be uploaded by the candidates before completing the registration.

• Passport size Photograph (Size – 20kb to 200 kb)
• Signature (Size – 10kb to 200kb)
• Date of Birth Proof
• Graduation Certificate
• Other Certifications
• Experience Letter (any document which substantiates relevant experience)
• Document showing Break up of CTC
• Latest Salary Slip

Step 6: Click on the “Complete Registration” button to save all the details and submit the application

Step 7: You will be redirected to the “Payment” tab where payment needs to be made and click on submit to complete the process.

Note: On a successful transaction, a receipt will be generated. The candidates are required to save the receipt and the completed application form for reference purposes in the future.

Step 1:  Go on link: http://www.bankofbaroda.in/Career.htm. Then candidates need to register themselves online in the appropriate Online Application Format, available through the link being enabled on the Careers-> Current Opportunities on the Bank’s website & pay the application fee using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking etc.

Step 2:  Candidates need to upload their Bio-data while filling online application. Candidates are also required to upload their scanned photograph, signature and other documents related to their eligibility. Please refer to Annexure II regarding scanning of photograph & signature and upload of documents.

Step 3:  Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on SUBMIT button. Visually Impaired candidates will be responsible for getting the details filled in/carefully verifying, in the online application and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission as no change is possible after submission.

Step 5:  The name of the candidate should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/ mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.

Step 6: An online application which is incomplete in any respect and unsuccessful fee payment will not be considered as valid.

Step 7: Candidates shall also be required to submit supporting documents such as Date of Birth Proof, Graduation Certificate, Other Certifications, Experience Letter, Document showing Break up of CTC, Latest Salary Slip (e.g. Nov/Dec-2021), etc. at the time of submitting the online application form
