Introduction:
Birla Institute of Technology & Science, popularly known as BITS Pilani is a premier private institute located in Rajasthan at Pilani.It offers various educational programmes primarily in the fields of Engineering, Science and Management. It is founded by the renowned industrialist, Mr G.D. Birla, in 1964, It has total 15 academic departments. BITS located at Pilani, Rajasthan oversees the administration of other centres of BITS at – Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai. BITS Pilani is also one of the few institutes in India which follows a “No Reservation Policy” for admission into its various courses.
