CTET 2019 Admit Card

Introduction

CTET 2019, as famously known to most students across India, is a national level entrance test, conducted every year by Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE). This exam is also known as the Central Teacher Eligibility test. This exam is conducted for those candidates who aspire to become a teacher.

This exam is taken by the candidates who can teach students of the middle school and primary school, from class 1 to class 8. There are two papers namely Paper 1 and Paper 2.

• Paper 1 is taken for the teachers who are interested to students from class 1 to 5.
• Paper 2 is taken for the teachers who are interested to teach students of class 6 to 8.

The mode of examination is online. The medium of examination is English and Hindi.

The total duration of examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes. For a differently abled person extra 50 minutes is given.

In both the papers there are 150 questions each and for right answer 1 marks will be rewarded and no marks will be deducted for wrong or un attempted questions.

Only Indian candidates with a degree in D.EI.Ed/ B.EI.Ed/ D.Ed Special Education and an average marks ranging from 45% to 50%  are eligible to sit for this examination.

CTET 2019 Hall Ticket

• The admit card will be tentatively available in third week of November, 2019.
• The admit card will be available on the official website of CTET.
• The mode of getting the admit card is online.
• Students can download their admit card by giving their application number issued and password used for CTET.
• After downloading the admit card, the applicants must check their admit card, so as to make sure there is no mistake.
• In case any discrepancy occurs then the respective student must communicate to the CTET unit of CBSE.
