Conducted by JNTUK (Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Kakinada), AP EAMCET bifurcated from EAMCET when the state of Andhra Pradesh was divided in 2014. JNTUK conducts AP EAMCET on the behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education). In 2015, a total of 1.2 lakh engineering candidates appeared for AP EAMCET 2015.
