Introduction
AIMA UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) is an national-level UG entrance exam conducted once a year by AIMA (All India Management association). Unlike the management aptitude test (MAT), this exam is conducted once a year for admission to courses like BBA, BCA, BHM and Integrated MBA (IMBA). Several institutes accepts UGAT scores and hence the candidate has the option of choosing any five from the list of colleges. Each of the participating institutes have their own criteria for admission apart from the UGAT 2018 scores and hence the candidate is requested to read and inquire about each of them separately. The official notice for AIMA UGAT 2018 has been released on 2nd January 2018.

AIMA UGAT 2018 Exam Date
AIMA UGAT 2018 will be conducted on the 12th May (Saturday), 2018 and is also confirmed officially by the conducting body.
Mode of Answering
UGAT 2018 is a pen-paper based examination and therefore OMR sheets are used to mark the answers.
Medium of Examination
AIMA UGAT exam is conducted in English language only and consequently there are no other languages available.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Those who are appearing/appeared in 10+2 in 2018 are also eligible UGAT.
- Also, there is no age limit for appearing in the UGAT entrance exam.

The UGAT 2018 application forms are no longer available.
The last date for filling up the forms was 4th May 2018.
Application fee
Application fee for UGAT 2018 can be paid through both Online and offline methods.

Application Procedure
- Create candidate Login.
- Fill the application form and upload Photographs.
- Make payment.
- Download e-admit card.
If you are affixing photographs and signing the printouts after registering online, and if you are paying through Demand Draft, send the printout of the registration form and Original DD (where ever necessary).
UGAT Admit Card 2018
The UGAT 2018 admit cards are available for downloading. Visit https://apps.aima.in/ugat2018/UGAT2018_AdmitCard.aspx to download your cards. The card will not be sent through post.
The downloaded hall ticket must be carried by the candidate to the Examination.
Examination Pattern
Similar exam pattern will be followed for IMBA, BBA and BCA programs with same question paper being made for these programs.
However, for BHM program, the UGAT 2018 question paper will be different.
IMBA/BCA/BBA Program
The UGAT 2018 test format for IMBA/BCA/BBA program is characterized by a 2-hour test.
A total of 130 MCQs will be presented during the exam. These questions will be divided into 4 sections, as described below:
