(c) Passed in Odia as language subject in the final exam of class VII from a school or institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or Central Government ; OR
(d) Passed a test in Odia in middle school standard conducted by the school & mass Education department of Government of Odisha/ Board of Secondary education of Odisha.

Selection comprises of following stages:
- Written Examination (Objective type – Multiple Choice Type Questions)
- Interview
Written Test: It consist of two papers
Paper-I
Paper-II
Notes: – (i) Each paper shall be of Two hours & of 100 marks each.
(ii) There shall be negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.

Interview: Interview shall be of 25 marks.
