Admission Procedure
The PGP (Post Graduate Programme) admission process for 2024-2025 is highly competitive and involves multiple stages. Below is the latest update on admission requirements:
- Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year students eligible to appear for the CAT exam.
- Selection Process:
- Stage 1: Shortlisting based on CAT score, academic performance (Class 10, 12, and undergraduate), and gender diversity.
- Stage 2: Personal Interview (PI) after shortlisting based on the above factors.

Final Selection Criteria: For work experience, a maximum of 8 points will be awarded if the duration of service is between 31 to 36 months. However, the most important point to note here is that, if the service duration exceeds 36 months, the points awarded will start to decrease.

Campus
The campus is spread across 135 acres and is very popularly known as the “Joka” signifying the strong bond between the local people and the campus. The campus has 7 lakes surrounding it and has a very picturesque view.
The most notable piece of architecture at the IIM-C campus would be the Tata Hall, which provides accommodation for the students who come for the MDP program. This building has 56 conference rooms, 3 conference rooms, and 4 suites for the executive residents to stay.
When it comes to the digital facilities, the institute provides one of the best across the IIMs. It has 24-hour internet access through Wi-Fi and LAN ports and has a network of over 1000 computers, and access to exclusive databases like Bloomberg, Capitaline, Prowess, and many more. There is a 750-seater auditorium built for mass gatherings of formal events.
To accommodate the students on campus, there are 3 main hostel blocks, namely the Old Hostel, White Hostel, and New Hostel. There are many stadiums and indoor courts as well, to encourage the students to participate in extracurricular activities as well.
