CTET 2019 REGISTRATION

CTET 2019, as famously known to most students across India, is a national level management entrance test, conducted every year by Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE). This exam is also known as the Central Teacher Eligibility test. This exam is conducted for those candidates who aspire to be a teacher.

 CTET December 2019 will be conducted on December 8, 2019.

This exam is taken by the candidates who can teach students of the middle school and primary school, from class 1 to class 8. There are two papers namely Paper 1 and Paper 2.

The mode of examination is online. The medium of examination is English and Hindi.

The total duration of examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes. For a differently abled person extra 50 minutes is given.

In both the papers there are 150 questions each and for right answer 1 marks will be rewarded and no marks will be deducted for wrong or un attempted questions.

Only Indian candidates with a degree in D.EI.Ed/ B.EI.Ed/ D.Ed Special Education and an average marks ranging from 45% to 50%  are eligible to sit for this examination.

How to Apply?

The application portal is not active anymore. The date for registration was from 19^th August to 18^th September, 2019. The registration can be done online.

Application Fee

• Applicants fee for students who has successfully filled up the application is Rs.700 for General Category and OBC candidates and Rs.350 for SC/ST/Differently Disabled Person. This is the fees for appearing in any one of the two paper.
• Applicants fee for students who has successfully filled up the application is Rs.1200 for General Category and OBC candidates and Rs.600 for SC/ST/Differently Disabled Person. This is the fees for appearing in both the paper.
• Candidates can pay their fees through online payment mode such as Credit cards, debit cards and also through internet banking.
• Payment can be done offline as well through E-Challan of Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank.

Documents to be uploaded

On login into their official website they will ask you to fill a form which contains your personal details. All the students must have a scanned copy of their passport size formal photo and signature.

Steps by Step Application Procedure:

• The students need to provide the online portal with an active email-ID and phone numbers.
• Login the page with the credentials, and the students need to fill up their personal, basic information.
• The candidates have to enter their academic and professional details as well. 
• The students have to upload the scanned copy of their photo and signature.
• Finally finish the application process by paying the application fee.
• Go through the entire details before submitting the form and then click on the submit button.
• There are almost 107 test center and they can select the exam center according to their interest.
• And the application process is done.
